I am quite surprised at all this trying to hide a gun cabinet? I thought everyone had a proper gun room on SD! I just close the door and lock it not even the maid is allowed in there ! Guess some of your are not the Gentleman I thought you were .

Mines inside a wardrobe and has been for years so not a new idea at all. Rawl Bolted to a back wall of course.

Exactly the same as I've done. Unfortunately I was a little overenthusiastic and drilled through the wall and came out the other side for all six bolts. This wasn't well received and was remedied with some, err, high tempo decorating......
