those that have owned both say the Pard is better day and night but the Alpex can use colour a little longer as dusk
even Hik was impressed with the Pard when they looked through it and said WOW thats clear

Will I receive the same product as I would if I ordered from the Amazon Pard store? I recently purchased the previous model of the Night Stalker 4K from Amazon & it arrived as expected, but the display unfortunately died shortly after turning it on. I sent it back today as it was clearly faulty. I'm now considering buying the EX model, but I'd like to know that I'm going to receive exactly the same spec as the ones sold on the Amazon Pard store.

I received the previous interation of the Night Stalker 4K from Pard's Amazon store & it arrived with one of the recoil lugs missing from one of its mount rings. I contacted PardUK, but they just sent an email to Pard in China & I never heard anything back.

When I got the scope out of the box & tried setting it up, the display died. I've now returned the scope & am awaiting a refund. Amazon said they'll refund the £14 postage.

It's p*ss poor customer service. The rings aren't the best & I hadn't planned on using them, but I wanted them complete in case I later decided to sell the scope.

Hello, Yes it is a shame things are not good with Pard UK, I read a post by Bruce i think there were problems with their HQ, Lets hope it will sort out soon as their night vision is very well liked

I have used both the NS 4k and EX. Both superb and amazing value for money. However, as a 'leftie' the new focus dial is a pain. I want the Ex performance with the NS focus system. Til then, I'll stick with the NS100. Amazing bit of kit.
No problems at all with Pard UK.

I’ve got the night stalker DS37/70 with the laser. Itll do the job but I like the look of this.

Comparing with the alpex 4k lrf
Nothing special just a look out of the in laws back window last night
But using the same IR with same setting for both scopes
