Shame about the medium... My wait just fits a small but my shoulders don't! How much stretch is there?

There is a little bit of stretch but the inner windproof liner prevents too much

Thanks for trying, and agreed. I read the Harkila size guide which places their small at 36" to 38" chest. I'm 40" which is in the medium.
