Can you get rear forks for your tractor, might become handy in other use also?Unfortunately my tractor is a compact job so can only lift 250kg on the front loader. Rough calculation of timber weight is 500-600kg.
If the timber is free, I can see the point. But otherwise if you calculate total cost, it just might be worth your while to use lighter materials. 7ft x 5ft x 5ft cube totally covered in 6.5mm (marine) ply will weigh about 75kg. Of course it's not wise to use 6.5mm for floor, but you have 175kg to add until you reach the 250kg front loader limit. Small hut doesn't require too much as framing goes. Floor should be rigid, and proper joists underneath to enable loading and proper supporting while in suitable place.
