This will be Ada’s first and only litter, she’s being bred to retain a puppy for myself. The sire is a big, strong solid liver dog with excellent bone, conformation and head structure. Perfect coat type and a multi disciplined dog, excellent in water. Both parents spend the spring and summer grouse counting, covering large areas of moorland and holding solid points. From August onwards they’re out beating and picking up until February. Both parents have excellent temperaments with other dogs and people, children included.

Dam - Ascurlo Ada
Her sire, Wiggmansburg Jasper (Hips 3/2) was a popular stud dog bred from 100% German lines and trained to a very high standard by his owner and produced some excellent offspring, his litter sister produced FTCH Morsebeck Patch.
Her dam, Kenquartz Point and hunt (Hips 5/4), a top class all round HPR and a granddaughter of FTCH Trudvang Balder. She works all shooting season beating and picking up on all game to a high standard, also working flight ponds and goose flights around the Montrose basin. She was featured and photographed in an article in the sporting shooter magazine alongside some of her family tree which is now in its 4th generation.
Sire - Huntstaff Barclay
His sire, Kenaiteen Oasis at Huntstaff (Elbows 0/0 Hips 5/3) has been an excellent working dog and a popular stud dog in recent years producing excellent offspring. His dam Huntstaff Bramble was also solid liver and a well rounded and versatile HPR used for grouse counting and picking up throughout the shooting season, a perfect example of the breed, she was also a granddaughter of FTCH Trudvang balder.
