i got this shipped over from USA a few years back , it attaches to a standard tow ball and allows the user to gralloch, skin and then swivel round to drop into the back of the vehicle

What prevents the whole thing toppling over sideways when you swivel it around to drop a carcass in the vehicle?
 
The footplate
The footplate is tiny. It would need to stick out more than two foot in each direction to have a chance of preventing it toppling if swivelled with any amount of weight on it (eg, fallow).
That's why I wondered if this model had some other solution, which I hadn't spotted, to prevent it toppling over.

Put a long wooden plank underneath the plate.
