HW97K .177 pellet recommendation.

In 22 the bizzy mags at 21gn actually are mustard under roosting pigeons not to high up!

They are also great in my fac pcp, but makes my hw77 run at about 10ftlb. Eley wasps in my hw77 run about 11.5ftlb

They are good shooting straight up I mean. Gives pigeons a good whollop and they penetrate well.

All my air rifles are 17 now and they do well with bizzy mags too.
I don't fuss to much about ftlbs.

In .177, for rats, go heavy with HN barracuda 11.4 grain. I find these shoot best in my rifle.

I shoot rats with any weight. They don't take much killing.

My hw 77 likes Qys streamlined and barracuda 8 best but to be honest it’s pretty accurate with any quality pellet except for mosquito

H&N Silhouette were the go to years ago, discontinued now but can still be got on some auction sites, any H&N field pellets should be good.
