For Sale: Pinewood Furudal Hunter Smock

Hi All

Quick heads-up on a new line which we will have at the forthcoming Stalking Show at Stafford Show Ground.

I have always been a fan of smocks & have worn some of the best in the market over the years, however the big gripe that I always had was there was never enough pockets!...

When we first started trading with Pinewood last year with their excellent Pro Xtreme waterproof trousers I noticed in their catalogue they did a smock, hence I ordered one up as a sample & this is now my smock of choice!

Product features are:

Incorporates all the pockets you would need for reading glasses, mobile phone, car keys, hand-warmer pockets, along with the large front pocket to accommodate hanging binoculars or thermal monocular.

The smock is wind- and waterproof thanks to a 2-layer lamination and fully taped shell, providing protection against the elements. It is treated with Bionic Finish® Eco, an ecological and fluorocarbon-free coating that offers additional water repellent properties. With its high breathability and stretchy materials, the smock ensures that you can move freely and comfortably while staying dry. The smock also features a removable hood with a reinforced brim that is adjustable. It has longer zippers on the sides for easier taking it on and off, which can also be used as ventilation zippers during high activity.

For practical storage, the smock has double radio (or phone, glasses etc) pockets, handwarmer pockets and two large front pockets with zippers and button flaps. All pockets are designed to provide maximum functionality and accessibility. Additionally, a removable orange safety band with a reflector on the sleeve increases your visibility when needed. The anorak includes cuffs with thumb holes and adjustable sleeve ends with hook-and-loop fasteners for a perfect fit, and a subtle Pinewood logo® in synthetic leather for a sleek touch.

Also 5yr warranty as on all Pinewood clothing.

Good timing. I keep meaning to replace my jacket which I have probably repaired too many times now with my Heath Robinson seamstress skills.

Is this smock quiet/silent when moving and what is sizing like for a 5'10" 12 stone person. Jack average build basically. Not skinny, not fat. I tend to just wear a Tshirt under my jacket unless it is very very cold and then I would add a hoodie or fleece jumper sort of thing.

Hi Cottis

The smock is very quiet - no scratch sounds on branches when in forestry etc

Sizing can be found on the guide link below:

I'm slim 5' 7" and 10 stone and take a Medium.

Thanks
