BASC Junior.

For BASC's Junior insurance is there anything against me buying a year subscription a month or two turning 21? I need too pick a new provider but I'm wondering If buying a few months of monthly then an yearly sub is the best method for myself at this point and time?

I guess Its worth asking too Is the liability and sorts differing between "Full" and "Junior" ? As that's kind of important too.

It’s some years since I was in this situation but I recall I did exactly that and paid the lower rate as I was under 21 when I renewed and then paid full whack the next year at 22.

The BDS now has a premium junior membership category (ie, including insurance), and is for up to age 25.
The cost is £45/year.
That might suit you better if you're looking to save some pennies.
