Internal Black nodes on boar- safe or symptoms of sickness?

Hello SD community

I was hunting boar in Sweden this past weekend, and I was fortunate enough to bring one home.

But when butchering it, both mine and the 2 my mate got , had these odd looking black nodes internally, around the saddle/sacral area (see attached picture )

The beast was a young female, and looked healthy , as did the heart and liver, but I'd very much like to hear the SD community opinion on it, before i decide to consume it, or not

Look like haemal nodes to me, found in a lot of deer and have been in plenty of threads on here.
It will be interesting to see what others say.
