I just wanted to shout out Optics Warehouse for the great customer service received on a few recent orders. Made even sweater by winning a Garmin Xero C1 Pro Chronograph in their raffle draw today.

Ill definitely be using them again and checking out future draws.
 
Always had great service from them.
Always worth giving them a call when buying something, as they often will do you a better price than what's advertised online 👍
 
Just a bump up for this.
I bought a second hand vortex viper from Optics this week all looked great in good condition but I could not find the zero stop shims with it even after taking the turret off to see if they were already fitted. So I dropped them a mail last night and got a call back today from Thomas at Optics Warehouse apologising they were not with the scope and letting me know he had contacted Vortex for a set who were going to with my permission send them directly to me to save time going to optics and then to me.
Cant ask for better than that for customer service from both Optics Warehouse and Vortex tbh.
 
Agreed. However that’s all covered by the Vortex warranty life long not just original owner and no receipt required. It must account for about 10% of the initial cost 🤷‍♂️
