Yes its a bit further to travel than the NEC for us down here in the south but if your into deer and stalking its the one to go to.

As long as you are clearly identified as a Creedmoor owner I think its fine..but in reality we will be good looking, nice hair and nicely dressed ....270 owners will be wearing something made from an animal hide and have great big beards

when did they implement this policy? I have a slot for a creedmoor but haven't bought it yet. Does that still count?

I did ring the stalking show help line but the bloke who answered just started laughing.

Only applies when you own one ... you cant join the club just because you are thinking about it

fairly recently because they found 270 owners were lying about having a creedmoor to try and be in the cool gang but being short angry troglodytes instead of tall handsome supermodels gave them away

Why do people insist on taking dogs ?And on extending leads too ! I don’t get it. I love my dog but it’s not the place for him, too busy, too crowded too many people wanting to stroke or fuss him.
However, unlike some of the dogs that go there he knows he’s inside a building and won’t leave a stinking pile of sh5t on the floor for someone to tread in and spread round the hall ……….

There was an IT failure last year and they were unable to check electronic tickets leading to a very long and slow queue, those with printed tickets went straight in… worth taking a paper ticket just in case

Taking cash also was quicker, so if you don't buy a ticket in advance take £25 in cash.

Go! It’s an excellent show, far better than the “Great” - ha! - British Shooting Show.

Fewer tyre-kickers, fewer urban wannabes who just want to pose “Wiv a proper magnum, innit, blud!” for their Farcebook page, fewer people trying to sell magnetic anti-arthritis bracelets and organic turnip face cream; just selected goodies for those who want to get out amongst deer and “play for all the marbles.”

Highly recommended.
