You could make it fit but you’d need to be pretty handy at woodwork/inletting. You’d need to start by gluing in new wood internally & then re-inletting for the action, magazine, etc. You’d probably find the relief for the bolt handle was in the wrong place so would need filling & repositioning & also the mag release slot would need filling as it’d be redundant.
