Sauer 202 tight forend issue

The Sauer I just received has an extremely tight forend most likely due to it's being in place for 15 years or so. It has moved about 5mm but no more... Any tips?

I’ve experienced a similar problem. Bought a little used Sauer 200 some while ago. The stock comes off ok. However the bolt retaining the forend seemed reluctant to move much. I was unwilling to force it. Does the bolt come out totally ?

I simply applied more pressure and it keep on turning....I figured what's the worst that could happen.. It was stuffed if I could not get it off.

Just remember not to over tighten the fore end stock to tight or it might touch the barrel when assembling. Is that a sauer 202 case just it looks nicer than mine?
Great looking rifle shame it’s not in L/H🤷🏻‍♂️
