I've a Sako 85 Finnlight and I've been looking at raisers. I've got the mesh with foam insert but I find it moves about and is pretty pants really. I'm mulling a Kalix but tbh I don't need adjustable I simply want a fixed raise - yours looked just the thing! I wonder if anybody does fixed/fitted raisers??

The reason they have to be adjustable to have full height is that you then need to drop them to remove the bolt. The ergonomics dictate.
Hi. Yes I get that for full height. But I’m after maybe an inch or 1.5 tops elevation, and it doesn’t need to extend to the very front of the comb. That should be possible without obstructing the bolt. There are some raisers that use Velcro on their insides - I haven’t tried one but it sounds flimsy. I’d be after a solid raiser that you just glue on to the top. It seems odd to me that no one makes that sort of thing?

For the guys that don't reload but interested may split the package to "rifle, moderator and scope" then would move everything else separately.
