Stores in Paris?

For anyone that's been in Paris before Is there any hunting stores that are worth visiting at all? I've took a look on google I can find plenty of stores advertised too firearms but a little less in regards too actual hunting related attire and items, I'm sure I'm missing a gem somewhere.

Going too Disney land so were pretty far out from main Paris not sure if we'll be able too make it in, but If there's anything within reasonable distance I will happily take a look.

Spent many years there, never found anything of interest, although there is the odd ‘armourie’, usually very grumpy old French sods running them. Go to Perpignan however (a long way!!) and you will find Dorleac And Dorleac, the true artisans of gun making!

I’d say, just enjoy Disney!

Kind of what I figured It seems too be very firearm orientated, ok If your a FAC holder and could potentially import but at-las I am not lol.

Friend brought up that last time his dad over he was able too buy Opinals up really cheap In designs that cant really be bought over here, but then I realised I dont have checked baggage so It would need too be quite a nice knife too justify going through the hassle with the airport and either getting it put on boxed hold or shipping it over myself.

I figured with the driven culture I might of struck out, but I think I would of had more success In Germany for nice hunting stores in the city.

I bought a .22lr Contender pistol back in 1989 in Paris with no paperwork required but that was back then, I had a slot on my FAC and rocked up at Folkstone harbour in those days still active and they just said OK off you go. I could have brought one in each week thinking back about it.

Try a search for Kettner, they are a chain based mostly in Germany. A friend used to bring me the catalogue
They have a store in Paris.

Is that Decathlon?
Decathlon is always worth a look for hunting stuff
Decathlon used to be very good (I was a huge fan) but over the last couple of years they have become pretty useless as regards both range and quality of shooting equipment. Never the less still worth a look on the off chance of the odd bargain occasionally cropping up.

The other French store worth looking at is Terres & Euax https://www.terreseteaux.fr/ their range of equipment is quite extensive but bargains are fairly rare.

Both have stores in Calais, Terres et Eaux stores are predominantly in hunting and fishing areas, I don't think they have any stores around Paris.

I used to work and live a couple of years in the nord of France.

Decathlon and Terres & Eaux would be my choice as well.

Especially when you look for rubber boots, you find a lot.
