Fantastic ! the move to n" non toxic " is going brilliantly

It's been up for quite a while on the website and is due to the nature of the business I understand with a substantial proportion of their sales being mail order. This frees up a lot of space and capital.

They also aren’t far from the likes of Barbury shooting ground who stock a wide range of cartridges so don’t blame them not wanting to stock loads of what is possibly a slow mover for them.

Risky move , might not pay well and takes up a lot of space - but your customers will start buying them from rivals , then buying guns from them etc etc

Tbh in all the time I’ve bought from them (mail order) their business has seemed more oriented towards the rifle shooter, so I can fully understand why they may feel the square footage taken up by shotgun ammo just isn’t being put to best use.

On the flip side there are dealers more aimed at the game shooting market, who I wouldn’t expect to have the stock that Dauntsey’s have of rifle ammo and components.
