You only need to have a FAC or SGC to possess one. Dealer may require Sight of cert before letting you purchase. Suggest you read the lengthy thread on SD re moddys coming off ticket.

Pick up a stainless baffle to go with it, save the 243 chewing the alloy one. Worth the extra £
