non-camouflage smock

Hi folks,

I'm looking for a smock or jacket that's essentially the same design as a standard army DPM or MTP combat smock, but in a neutral colour (plain olive green, ideally). I think the army design is about perfect for what I need, but I'd like something without the camo pattern (so dog walking in suburbia is a little less 'confrontational').

Does anyone have any suggestions? Given that I trash these things, something in the same price range as an army surplus smock would be ideal!

the other smock i was impressed with was one of jamross 65 it was from county covers it was exellent similar to an army smock in ripstop,waterproof but i dont know cost but it was very nice

Arktis! They just don't make anything better and it is essentially a military smock, but comes in plain olive too. You also have the option of a waterproof drop-linered smock or a plain poly-cotton smock (which you can put in the waterproof inner that they make specially).

I got a pro logic survivor smock for 21 quid of eBay and it's fantastic! Reduced from £90, it's water and wind proof, I'm using mine for wild fowling and it really is holding up well.
