mtc scope

Can only echo what others have said. MTC are not really designed to be used on large bore rifles in my opinion. They are good for what they are designed for. I love the christmas tree reticle. I have had two. Now replaced with secondhand leups. it you want to shoot deer then dawn and dusk is a priority and the MTC will not cut it. If your lamping then yes you can use it if your doesn't white out at highter mag, although with discussions with others this may be because you eyeline is critical so if it does white out try moving your head a bit see if it works better.

Ive got the Genisis on my Hornet cant fault it, when i looked through the Mamba and the Viper they didnt seem so good.I use it for lamping had foxes out to 180 yards no probs.

I wonder if that was the toothless wonder from gumsy canyon you spoke to (personal joke),

Don't try and sell it on here bud as i think this thread may have a derogatory effect on the sale price. (as well as other things)

good luck

I stuck a Mamba on my .223 and it worked fine in daylight. Christmas tree ret is handy for long range crows. I do a lot of lamping and it did not cut the mustard at all! Regular whiting out and a fair lump to carry around. I sold it after a few months. Get something second hand but better quality, you won't regret it.
