I have just bought the rovince socks, trousers and shirt from daz308 and am delighted with it, really confortable and i think it works well. No sign of ticks after a long hard days stalking in an area really known for them.

Rovince clothing ...good investment if you do a lot of crawling in tick country.

also you can spray your outer clothes with 0.5% permethrin solution
until wet, then allow to dry outside. this will give some protection.

But check your body every night....everywhere under arms, back of your knees etc.

Good point badbob, I totally agree.
Whatever protection you guys use you should always check yourself thoughtly and should you find a tick attached use correct removal methods.

I have been using Rovince for a year and half now.

I have had one tick since I got it but that was because I decided to wear a different pair of trousers

How waterproof are they?

I have Harkila Pro Hunter trousers and can sit on wet ground for a couple of hours without even getting the slightest bit damp.

I understand the Rovince stuff keeps ticks off, but does it keep you warm and dry????
