sent my level two file off at the beginning of March letter received after two week and phone call from my assessor by the second week in April. Prompt service.

He 'examined' my DSC1 and had a good little chat with him on the range during the shooting test. Made it a bit more human and helped relax any slight nerves I had.

Also worth a big shout out to Mary as she went over and above the regular service levels to notify me about my DSC1 pass despite being right up against it and a week's holiday looming. Most people I know would have been out of the door and their mind will have been on other things in the run up to the break but she took time out to find my results and let me know personally.

Good service and worth praising as people can be too quick with the whines sometimes.
