Considering the new for '14 Sako 'Synthetic Black'......anybody got any thoughts or experience on them.

got an 77 sw and 85 in ss very happy with them so the fluted one should still be just as good.

Got a Sako 85 in 22-250 stainless with fluted barrel , great gun, right out of the box with factory ammo its spot on, Sako build quality is second to none

Have ordered the Roughtec Range but back order is now slipping further back. GMK now quoting Oct/Nov.

i have an 85 but in lam/stainless, any 85 regardless of spec is a great choice and will serve well
