.270 factory loads

Which of the commonly available .270 factory loadings would people recommend?

All suggestions really appreciated.

The one that is the most accurate for your rifle, at the ranges you will be shooting. They will all have the energy to do the job, I suspect, if they hit the target.

Maybe be but some of the bullets leave a lot to be desired.
i found federal very messy compared to norma and rws

winchester wasn't as accurate as any other make

Well, based on today's very short range session, I seem to be in the fortunate position of having a rifle that groups Privi well.

Also tried Norma, but ran out of time before I could take more than 2 shots. They were touching, but about 8 inches left of the privi group. Largest difference between 2 makes of bullet that I've ever seen (both 130gr).

As for shooting a .270 unmoderated in an indoor range... wheee!

I shot my 300wm at Morton with a rearward vented brake......
blew a spray can lid off the bench and shook the cubicle!

I have to say that, much as I like zeroing in the dry, out of the wind, it's so damp in there that after 2-3 shots, the heat haze coming off the barrel maked it almost impossible to see the target with any consistency. It's like looking down a hot tarmac road after a light rain shower.

The privis are cheap enough in the 130gr, and seem to group ok in my Stuzen & a cheap source for brass.
The normas are ridiciously expensive.
I'd like to try something in the 100-110gr if I could get my hands on them.
