I have a pair of sportsmatch weaver base mounts , on one of them underneath where the action clamp screws go through , there's a countersunk screw that goes vertically right where the clamp screw would exit . I know of a recoil screw , and elevation adjustment screws , but this is odd . Any ideas .

Im looking at the ATN 1000 , at a discount price of £169 . i to will be using the app . I want it for 1000 yard target . i have a Leupold + another for shorter ranges so i dont want to pay a lot for the amount of use it will get . Will it be ok or do i need to spend more for a better one .
