Good numbers of Roe, Fallow to the East of Dorking but they dont seem to cross the A24 and come west. Plenty of munties on Leith Hill.
Big fallow population further south on the West sussex border Colgate, Rusper towards Horsham
Appreciate that this has probably been covered in other posts but I couldnt find the answer..
Does anyone know of a tannery that will take skins to produce leather...?
I use the Welsh Organic Tannery for whole skins / rugs but i am looking to make something with leather

I have a Browning X bolt in .243 and a couple of times, i have pulled the trigger and heard a click but the bullet did not fire. There is a small indent on the bullet primer.
Someone has suggested that this is because the bolt was not fully closed... apparently even the smallest margin will...
A thumbs up for the Welsh Organic Tannery.. i use them for sheep skins and also some fallow. they do an amazing job. I havent sent them any roe as yet but might try a roe buck once they have finished moulting.
Deer skins are not ideal for the floor / high traffic but for sofa backs etc
Does anyone know where I might be able to buy an stock extension for a Browning X bolt .243.. Everyone I have tried seems to be out of stock. Thanks in advance Charlie
Another thumbs up for the Welsh Organic Tannery. I use to use them for my sheep and deer skins. Not as cheap as Devonia (who no longer do deeer anyway !) but worth it
I was there last week and they were just finishing off some lovely fallow skins.
