The Banshee 200 is a very compact tent. There really isn't a lot of room in them. Well constructed though.

I'm in West Highlands. Traditionally we hear the first roar on 15th Sept, the very same day we hear the first Geese of the season. For the next 10-14 days it slowly builds until things kick off properly. It's very Estate dependant though. Neighbours have reported the rut being in full swing...

I reckon you are spot on there.

If you are going to book with a traditional estate there won't be any "wiggle" room on the price. If you don't want to pay the asking price they will sell it the next day to someone else.

It all depends on the Estate you are talking to. Some Estates will be thick with stags in September, some won't see stags in any number until October. As for the quality of stalking... That depends on your stalker. Some will line you up on a stag before 1pm and you'll be back in the lodge for...

Top tip, if you can’t reach it then get a bit of fence wire the correct length and put a 1cm 90* bend in it. Stick the bent end in to the fox fur and start twisting, it’ll grab the fox and you can pull it up/out.

I’m surprised by the lack of “patience” in this thread. Stalking is all about patience.
