I have a pair of Optilock Rings Blued with screws. Medium height ie 36.5mm from the join in the rings to the bottom of any base £45 posted. Not in the plastic case and I do not have the bases.

I had the same problem with a Zeiss scope ran out of adjustment trying to lower the zero at 30m. A Schmidt and Bender I had had more adjustment so that worked OK.
