All I'm getting at is that if munty was his sole quarry then people could say right then a 222 or 223 in there opinion is plenty for that particular job which could potentially be lighter, cheaper, less recoil etc..where if he has going for reds then that would eliminate the above said calibers...

If that's true why not use a 460 Weatherby magnum or a 50cal..you ain't gonna get much deader if one of those hits it... You don't put a screw in with a sledge hammer do you.. you use the right tool for the job..
