Cheers, I was just wondering if the lower magnification would have be better for foxing. I've always used glass S&B scopes, I and would always be in around 10x mag or less for foxing, I have never used digital scopes before, that's why I was looking advice on the magnification choice.

Out of curiosity, what magnification would set the scope at for ranges around 100 - 150 at night?

Hi, I am thinking of buying one of these scopes for foxing ZHD - V2- Zulus. Which model would you recommend? The 3x12 or 5x20 My range at night will likely be around 70 - 150 metres, possibly pushing 250 in daylight.

I've just read on web the end of barrel is not normally noticed unless you go under 3x mag does that make sense? I should be OK then?
