Your right It’s a Ruger number1 but I stick to trapdoor loads which are not that harsh Stops everything I need it to up to sensible 45/70;woodland range

Thanks Tim yes there seems to be a metal shroud folded over some wiring Can't tamper at the mo as it's on with 2 for in it Would have to lose about 6" in height I hope it works as it's been a godsend
