  1. Sold: 308 Target Rifle

Thanks for your help all, managed to pick up a nice 2nd hand rifle. As I know some will ask, it was a 26" ceracoated Walther barrel, Nimrod action in an AI AX folding chassis. I did end up compromising, and ended up with a 1:12 twist, but was a good find.

  10. Help identifying a Lee Enfield

Hi all, So I procured myself a Lee Enfield No.4 MK1* 1943. The bits of info I was given was it was an old Canadian 303 that was sent to the Italians for their army and navy. I can't seem to find any info on the markings though. The butt under the grip has, what looks like 8/34 The side has...

I wrote them a message of disappointment. Had a reply the following day,but then I wasn't actually after anything. Just giving them a professional opinion.
  12. Cheap shooting chair

I'll ask the farmer to do it, I've seen him weld catches on a bucket. That thing must have weighed a ton... Not refined but was solid. I know he'll be up for it as he'll want one while we're shooting too 🤣

  15. Cheap shooting chair

Hi all, I know chairs have been discussed before, but, cheap chairs that aren't too low. Ideal for a bit of pigeon and rat shooting. Oh and has to be cheap. Don't want to be dropping £150 on a chair. What do you use and would recommend? Cheers Stu
