A quick update after my bump up.
I had hoped that after 18 months from our application we would have received our furnished holiday let licence. But it seems that this great thought out idea (not!!!) by the SNP is taking an eternity to administer but with the inefficiencies in government...
Tried Hog casings and found them a bit tough (grilled) and then on to the sheep casings but as MattW said better to soak them overnight.
Recently tried collagen casings, they were ok but I got another lot of sheep casings for my next batch.

Be sure to make the top of the external part of the ceiling and where the walls meet the external stone walls as mouse proof as possible as the wee barstewards can play merry hell with your pipe insulation behind your studwork and do not take long to bare a freshly...
