Mapa AED is a free app, it shows you where the nearest public access defibrillator is and will navigate you to it. They are very simple to use and talk you through each simple step. Brilliant things. Other apps are probably available I have this one on my phone.

Been to a NT property today and walking round the shop I see bags of logs for £12 with a notice saying their purchase helps to support the estate. In the entrance building is a very nice and expensive feature log burner displaying a sign it will no longer be lit inorder to help meet their 2030...

At 30 mph you travel at 45 feet a second, seeing brake lights it takes the average driver 0.7 seconds to hit the brake peddle, before you start to slow, only a fool brakes the 2 second rule is the old adage , and it takes 2 seconds to say it, I still use it to check my following distance however...

I took this picture as his behaviour was unusual. He is sitting and pushing his head hard on my hip. He did it 3 days running, when I got the message you have got cancer. I heard a radio programme 4 years earlier about dogs detecting cancer and consequently found a lump.

Happens to me regularly, it's a vicious cycle
