Re I Was Not Ready for the Wild Boar Fever

Not something I have ever done, but the bit I noticed was when he shot, then panned the camera to a guy looking for the boar, I think that was cut and not real time. Other than that, didn’t see anything.
But I would never have taken the shot, I’m slow enough at a stationary target.

Bit like a fox drive with lots of people you do not know. Its not my cup of tea. Pinging bullets everywhere with a good chance of wounding the animal rather than killing it.

I'm with you old-30-06. Due to a couple of dangerous incidents when hunting sambar with just one other hunter I've now become a hunting snob and hunt alone. No stress, no tension, no wondering if the other hunter has complied with our agreed plan...nup...it's just me and my dog. Very happy hunting is the order for the day.

My take is that was a cut to the beginning of the searching for shot game.
Had it been anything else ........................ All hell would have broken loose.

I been on lots of driven boar days and have never been in fear of my fellow guns nor seen any dangerous behaviour. You obviously have not experienced a proper driven boar day and as its not your cup of tea then it's best you stear well clear
