Swarovski Habicht Nova Repair Address

Just checking is this the correct address to send my older Swarovski Habicht Nova 3-9x36 scope to for repair and service please ?

Be prepared for a hefty bill if your scope is over 25 years old
I sent a pair of slc binoculars in for a service and was quoted £1200

Follow the details on here. Best to register your product first and they the email you a reference number and instructions.

On older scopes they still warrant the parts and materials but you pay for the labour.

Recently (March) on my 4-12 x 50 Habicht the reticle broke.

I sent it off to Swarovski’s UK address. Within a week it had been assessed and a cost of about £220 for labour and shipping back. I then had an email discussion about changing the reticle which lasted about a week. Then paid the monies and scope was delivered direct to me about 3 weeks later.

My take on these older scopes is that the optics are very good, they are 1” tubed so nice and light and can mount nice and low, and if you wanted something of similar quality you will pay £1,500 plus.

I had a 1.5-6x42 Nova serviced with new lenses a couple of years ago, it cost approx. £250.
