Magnamax steel

I have decided to take a dive into the unknown and purchase a new knife made from magnamax steel. From what I can see it’s basically a stainless k390. I had a k390 knife previously and never once actually sharpened it! Only a few back and forth on a belt. I was extremely happy with that particular knife, but it was always in the back of my mind regarding rust, so I moved it on.
Does anyone have any experience with magnamax steel? Whats your thoughts on using it for skinning rabbits and deer?

@Majki14 knows a lot about the finest steels
All I know is that I'm waiting for a billet. The composition seems to be promising, especially the high volume of niobium. I consider Magnacut to be overrated, but I have hopes for Magnamax - higher volume of finner carbides.
@Sniper308, you should be happy with your purchase, it won't be agresive as k390, but stainless and tougher. It has potential for a good steel for all the tasks.
Regards,
Piotr
