It’s because there is no consequence to wrongdoing anymore, there’s no real prospect of punishment, too much emphasis on the softly softly approach, parents can’t admonish their kids, schools can’t discipline them, the police are now social workers not crime fighters and the prisons are like crime schools/ hotels.

I moved out of the UK 23 years ago. It saddens me when I look what the country has become especially from a gun owning, field sports perspective. And its only going to get worse. If the UK had the same population density as Sweden and the same understanding of nature, guns and hunting it would be nearly paradise.

Tell me about it.
I know a few people who are a similar age to us and are completely fed up with the situation for the hard-working taxpayer.
Tony Everett, a bricklayer by trade who took on extensions and a few new builds, a couple of years younger than us, stopped and had a word a few weeks ago. He has packed up the tools after a discussion with his wife, both were fed up grafting and seeing their taxes go to scroungers and dinghy dwellers. They jiggled the savings around and bought three cheap, run-down houses, and he has become a landlord. Of course, he worked his magic on them. Shame he has hung the trowel up, as he was a top-class tradie who worked his arse off...

If they hadn't banned basic policing most of these crimes won't exist..
Instead they try and bann everything that naughty people get up to.
I can really see banning of certain size gravel to avoid pieces being thrown..
