It’s because there is no consequence to wrongdoing anymore, there’s no real prospect of punishment, too much emphasis on the softly softly approach, parents can’t admonish their kids, schools can’t discipline them, the police are now social workers not crime fighters and the prisons are like crime schools/ hotels.
