Ever tried scrambled egg topped with a rasher or two of streaky bacon (smoked, of course) and a dash of course ground black pepper and a grating of parmesan (real stuff) and black truffle?Enough of this cereal nonsense - day off today so treated myself to scrambled egg on toast this morning

Well currently I'm (temporarily) living off mostly "processed crap", which is not my usual diet at all, and as a result I've lost 4kg in the past 2 weeks
I just wish the "Bacon" that is cured in the pack could be consigned to history.
Have you tried Glengettie tea bags? (gutted they no longer sell loose).Slightly different flavour on theirs for me, but then I can differentiate taste & smell in a lot of own brand products, just recently we ran out of Welsh Tea, the Tetley muck ones were more a flavour of the bags.
Breakfast cereals are the devils work, bowls of ultra processed yuck lol
