This is what remained. The whole rump muscle from a red, pre salted then cooked in a kettle type barbecue for 20 min then rested. Chopped spring onion, capers, thyme, lemon juice, garlic as the dressing
My partner was today making two pork pies as they are not on sale in Germany so it is a DIY jobbie, cooking them on a water filled tray in the oven but they are delicious.
