1/2" Clicks but scope says 1/4"!

Has anyone else had this problem? My Meopta scope states 1/4" clicks on the turrets. Went out playing today and rifle shot 3/4"high @ 100yds. I was going to play at 200yds so gave it 4 clicks=1" UP. Well both rounds landed 2" high. So I gave it 2 clicks down and the shot landed 1" lower. That sounds like 1/2" clicks to me. On 200yd range I adjusted the scope 1 click to right and the shot landed 1/2" right which is a 1/4" click as expected!
I might set a grid up and do the 10 up, 10 right, 10 down, 10 left thingy just to be certain.

That sounds about right to me. 1/4" @ 100yds is equal to 1/4 MOA so at 200yds 1 click would 1/2"

Good lord sir , i dont think a fallow would poke its tongue out at you if you were 1/4 inch out !
