I know duchy gunsmiths in Cornwall have a .17 barrel blank from Lothar Walther. Only know as was tempted by it myself!

We do but they are assigned to a 17 Hornet Project am afraid

My ones are no good for tikka on the tenon dimensions etc unfortunately
