Enzo Fisher stainless blade with orange G10 scales glued with stainless and brass loveless fish eye bolts.

Blade length is 110mm, handle is shaped and fits nicely in the palm

Blade blank bought by myself a few years back and handled and shaped by myself. But has sat in the draw not being used. It might have done 1 gralloch in its life perhaps when I first finished it
No sheath unfortunately. It is factory sharp but had never been sharpened beyond that but would benefit from it.

£45 plus postage or collection from West Sussex

SOLD SOLD SOLD Second up is a Robert Welch stiff boning knife. It would make a great larder boning knife or for kitchen use. Blade measures 125mm
Has been used in the kitchen only. A few very light marks. Holds a good edge

Very interested in the Enzo - would like first dibs depending on how deep is the blade please? Looks as if it might be about 20mm at the handle end? What is it at the point it comes off the curve? Thanks.

A couple of great knives there at very sensible prices. I used a Enzo Fisher as my main larder knife for a good few years, same as you, I bought a blank and fitted scales myself with orange G10. My big steak knife is a Robert Welch and that is great too.
