Located Dalkeith, just outside Edinburgh.
Somewhat reluctantly selling my trusty VW Amarok. Will be a great buy for someone. Not lunar mileage like many. This truck has not had a hard life, previously owned by a joiner and used as a work van before being used as a family car by me. Well maintained with a folder of receipts for all work. Could count on one hand how many times it’s been off road.
Bad points - some scratches, dents and dings as you’d expect given age. But still more than respectable.
The canopy has leaked since I got it (what canopy doesn’t?) but I’ve lined the rear tub and tucked it under the liner so nothing in the back gets wet, ever. Signs of wear on canopy. Canopy is not linked to the central locking.
Timing belt was done by me when I got it. It’s missing one service stamp from prior to me owning it, previous owner said he did the oil change service himself. He was a petrol head so I don’t doubt he did that, but he didn’t even record it in the service book. If keeping the truck, I’d maybe do the timing belt 2025 or 2026.
