It's well worth the trip. Folk come from all over Europe to shoot.Hi JCS, thanks for the note but comps at Bisley a little too far My query was more about the rifles, either factory makes or custom rifles and what guys and girls have had results with.
Thanks John great informationTop guys seem to be set on Rim X, especially for PRS, although I met a guy with a Vudoo the other day.
CZ 457 MTR is my personal choice for PRS22 & FCSB.
Some folk shooting very well with both old and new Anschutz.
At the last shoot I met a guy doing very well with a scope on a MOAB on a BSA International.
Ammunition is key, but currently challenging to maintain a supply of what your rifle likes.

Did you fit it using the existing method or did you do something different?Have rebarrelled the CZ 457 action - that gives (so far from testing) equally good results as any custom action for a fraction of the outlay
Did you fit it using the existing method or did you do something different?

You might look at the Dolphin Gun Company.Any personal experience of these either factory or full custom jobs? Retired now have loads of time and joined a local range to enjoy rifle time with the stalking rifles and 22 target work.
i have one smashing rifle and matches my friends 1927 in an AI stock. This morning I had a go with the Anschutz 1710 APR with the 18" heavy barrel and the chassis stock, found it easy to shoot and one hole groups at 50 and clover at 100. Not sure I would get better than that with a custom made rifle or the Anschutz 1761 with the 22" barrel, thoughts?
