2506 copper vhit load data help

Hi.Does anyone have any load data for barnes 100 grain ttsx possibly with viht n165 for a 2506 please.

Works for me in a TikkaT3
Shot a large Fallow Buck last evening about 120mtrs clean perfect entry, Heart shot about 25mm exit. Ran in a small circle and dropped.

Just checked on "quick load" and 59.5 is pretty much the max, as usual start lower and work up. You may find its too fast and does too much damage but I find it OK.

I run 80grn very accurate and great for roe. I can’t get the 100grn to group for love nor money, so following with interest. Only tried n160 so far, which has worked well with all other bullets

Gives 3302fps avg 2445 ft/ lbs

I have some of the Barnes 80 grain TTSX to try in my 25-06. May i ask what velocities you are achieving?

I see Barnes are predicting up to 3800fps from a 24" barrel.

I too have N160 and some N165, although i suspect the 165 may be a little slow.

Our Fox 100gr load is 56gr of N165
thats pushing 3250fps

much faster than that is futile IMO

I have not used N560 but Quick Load are almost the same as N160 giving a max safe load of 60 grain. Again work up to it and keep check for pressure signs.
It is showing a speed of over 3300fps which is pretty fast and probably do more than wanted damage to deer.
