As seen these are from an old Redding 16 shotgun cartridge reloading press but also, apparently, fit MEC presses although no guarantee is given of that.
The bottles don't have the "hole and bung" bottoms that modern MEC bottles do however. So a refill will mean tilting the top "bar" and removing the bottles, refilling, screwing back and then tilting the "top bar" back into position. There are no screw tops.
