Kindly ask, Will an AT barrel fit an AW rifle, i know the AW is fixed barrel and the AT has a side screw to lock in place, just wonder is the thread the same

I don't believe so. IIRC, the barrel tenons changed dimensions when they migrated to the post 2014 quick change actions.

An AT Barrel will filt an AW and will also fit an AX, Also the older AE Brls will fit AW, AT & AX but a Brl from AW, At & AX will not fit the AE…
The AI AXMC are not interchangeable with the above as the Brl tennon is larger.

AX MC tenon is M30x2mm -1.500” length
AT/Ax/AW M27x2mm - 1.500” length
AE barrels are the same as the AT/AW/AX but have a straight shank area at the shoulder to accommodate the recoil lug - they should not be used in the AT(etc) as the reduced thread area may cause damage to the quick lock mechanism and the reduced thread is not designed to be used in these actions
As an aside, the tenon length I think is one of the keys to why the AI rifles hold their accuracy so well
