Adler A110 12g Sec 1 shotgun, this has had the barrel cut to approx 18.5 inches, has had a Nordic components 2 shot extension, spring and follower added, comes with two rails. It holds 6 & 1

Lets be honest this isn't gonna win UKPSG competitions but if you want something that fits the 'sh*ts and giggles' to shoot on a slug range this is the lady.

It's had 300 round through it (thats an overestimation), small marks where a barrel clamp was but overall great condition.

Tell that to the chap on here selling a 13" FAC lever action shotgun.

As Tim says, the 24" limit is specifically for semi auto and pump. Lever actions are not mentioned. One could consider it a loophole...

lever action and brake actions are 12" min length.

S5(ac) stipulates that smooth bore guns, that are self loading or pump action, must have a barrel length of 24” minimum and a minimum overall length of 40 inches.

S1(3)(ii) of the principal act states because this gun has a magazine capacity of more than 2 rounds, the gun is not a shotgun in regards to the Act.

Hence, the gun is a firearm under the auspices of s57 of the same Act. And as such, not being semi or pump, it must adhere to the parameters of s5 ie 12” barrel and 24” overall to be subject to s1.

i had a 10 shot remmy 1100 once before but let it go and the slot , i doubt i'd get the slot back as my ticket is full , and to go over 12 i think i'd need to up my security

A colleague that I shot clay’s with this evening is over 2 years in for a simple SGC application.
He’s getting cheesed off now.
Communications have consisted of one email from them to confirm receipt of application and no further meaningful response to any queries other than the ‘don’t contact us, we will contact you’ response
